The Head of Digital Enablement role within the London Insurance Market involves leading digital transformation initiatives. The position is based in London, with a hybrid work model (2-3 days per week in the office). The contract is initially for 6 months.

My client, a well-respected London Market Insurer, seeks a leader to unlock their ability to deliver high-impact digital change swiftly. The role includes creating cross-functional squads to test and iterate on business needs before they escalate into projects, bridging the gap between ideas and execution, and ensuring quick response to emerging priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Leading the creation and management of cross-functional squads for rapid testing and iteration.
• Ensuring best practices in digital enablement and agile methodologies are followed.
• Promoting the adoption of digital tools and processes organization-wide.
• Providing guidance and support to squads, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Aligning teams with business priorities and objectives.
• Responding quickly to emerging priorities and solving problems collaboratively.
• Facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
