Head of Digital Enablement

Location: London Insurance Market, City, London / Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

Contract: 6 months initially

My client is a well-respected London Market Insurer seeking a Head of Digital Enablement to facilitate high-impact digital change swiftly.

This role involves leading the creation of cross-functional squads to quickly test and iterate on business needs before they evolve into projects, bridging the gap between idea and execution, and enabling the organization to respond promptly to emerging priorities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Digital Transformation: Lead the development and management of squads to test and iterate on business needs, ensuring adherence to digital enablement and agile best practices, and driving adoption of digital tools and processes.
  2. Team Leadership and Support: Guide squads, remove impediments, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  3. Rapid Response and Problem Solving: Respond swiftly to emerging needs, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
