Qualifications
- Significant experience leading digital platforms and AI-enabled services in a complex organisation.
- Experience with enterprise applications and modern software engineering practices.
- Knowledge of AI, automation and APIs and how they apply responsibly in institutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital, AI & Platform Services, unifying enterprise applications, software development, digital products, and AI initiatives.
- Define platform/product priorities and ensure investments meet institutional needs.
- Oversee enterprise platforms for security, reliability and performance.
- Drive software engineering and product development with modern delivery standards.
- Advance AI, automation and intelligent workflows to create organisational value.
