Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates is seeking a Home Textiles Head of Design to lead our premium bedding and bathroom collections. You will work hands-on, manage a small team, and collaborate with retailers such as John Lewis and Harrods to deliver innovative concepts.

The role requires 6+ years in premium home textiles, strong CAD skills (AVA, Illustrator, Photoshop), and a flair for colour and presentation. Travel to overseas suppliers and trade shows will be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles (premium bedding and bathroom).
• Hands-on leadership with small team management.
• Experience with premium brand textiles for UK/European retailers.
• Willingness for global travel and showroom/dressings.
• Able to translate trends into product concepts and CADs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for bedding and bathroom products.
• Manage a small design team and coordinate with Product & Marketing.
• Collaborate with retailers and suppliers for sample development.
• Present design concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
