Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates Ltd is seeking a HOME TEXTILES HEAD OF DESIGN to lead premium bedding and bathroom ranges for UK and export markets. The role is hands-on, managing a small design team and working closely with directors to deliver on-trend, commercially viable collections.

You will source fabrics, tailor CAD drawings, present concepts to key retailers, and guide product development from brief to final samples, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in home textiles, premium bedding/bath.
• Hands-on leadership experience in a premium brand environment.
• Strong CAD skills and fabric knowledge.
• Experience with major UK retailers like John Lewis, Harrods or equivalents.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for bedding and bathroom lines for UK/export markets.
• Manage a small design team and collaborate with directors.
• Create CADs and packaging CADs for samples and approvals.
• Source fabrics through suppliers and attend trade fairs.
• Present concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
