Job summary

Ciphr, a UK HR, payroll and recruitment solutions provider, seeks an experienced GTM leader in Reading to own a digital-first demand engine. You will build and run ABM, programmatic and outbound campaigns, coordinating with the CEO, CRO and sales to generate qualified pipeline from ICP target accounts.

You’ll manage HubSpot, BI and forecasting, with a hands-on approach across campaigns and data teams. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team, bring AI-first workflows into play, and ensure campaigns

Qualifications

• Significant B2B SaaS demand generation experience with quantifiable pipeline results.
• Experience running account-based and programmatic demand alongside outbound business development.
• Knowledge of HR/payroll/HR tech market is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand generation team – ABM, programmatic, and marketing ops – setting priorities and targets.
• Own North Star KPIs: qualified pipeline and opportunities from ICP target accounts.
• Own the budget and channel mix, test programmes and optimise spend for conversion.
• Oversee data quality, BI, forecasting and the weekly waterfall review.
• Coach the BDR team and align outbound/inbound with sales SLAs.
