Job summary

Sagacity is seeking an experienced Growth & Demand Generation Manager with a track record in data services, technology, utilities or telecoms to lead our pipeline. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own campaigns and ABM for key accounts.

You'll design multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social and content, manage HubSpot workflows, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Delivery to align messaging and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on growth marketing/demand generation in B2B
• End-to-end campaign planning with pipeline/revenue impact
• Experience with ABM programmes
• Practical experience with CRM/marketing automation
• Understanding of paid media to support demand generation
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organised with strong planning abilities

Responsibilities

• Own growth and demand generation activity and pipeline reporting
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social and content
• Lead ABM programmes for target accounts with Sales alignment
• Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages, emails and dashboards
• Collaborate with Marketing Associate to plan events and content
• Contribute to paid media planning (SEM and paid social)
• Contribute to marketing strategy, events timetable and branding efforts
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
• Maintain proficiency across Sagacity’s sales/marketing tools
• Report on campaign performance with data-led recommendations
