Based in the heart of Bristol, they are on the lookout for a Head of Delivery to join their small, passionate team. This role reports directly to our client’s MD, Harry.

About the Role
As Head of Delivery, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s studio’s success – leading a brilliant, multidisciplinary team and shaping the strategy that brings their bold ideas to life. You’ll sit at the heart of their Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in steering our client’s direction and championing growth across the business.
Day to day, you’ll empower the team, unlock new opportunities with their clients, and improve how they operate – ensuring every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and with real impact.

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Make strategic contributions to the SLT by challenging the status quo, helping to steer company direction.
- Bring fresh perspective to their thinking across all areas of the business to help promote the company’s growth.
- Lead the charge on internal projects and initiatives that move the business forward.
- Build meaningful relationships with their clients, helping them thrive and deepening their partnership with our client in the process.
Studio Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning of each project. You’ll connect the dots between their clients’ business goals and seamless project delivery.
- Be the force behind an energised and productive studio. You’ll prioritise and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment across the board.
- Champion their people – Build lasting relationships with their team and clients, providing the support and clarity they need to thrive.
- Empower their teams to do their best work – From refining briefs to unblocking issues, your focus is on making things smoother, smarter, and more fulfilling.
- Stay one step ahead – Spot risks before they become issues, adapt plans with agility, and keep delivery enjoyable and stress-free.
- Bring sharp commercial instincts to every project – You’ll oversee budgets, track performance, and provide clear, confident reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Keep communication flowing – You’ll ensure that goals, actions, and decisions are always clear and documented, so everyone moves forward together.
About You:
- You have demonstrable experience in project delivery or operations, ideally within a web development or digital agency environment.
- You relish the opportunity to do great work as part of a small team, where projects have a real impact on their clients and their users.

- You have superb communication skills, including the ability to listen and articulate complex ideas clearly.

- You’re Bristol-based and can attend the office 2 - 3 days per week to work directly with the team.
Benefits:
- Salary of £38,000 - £44,000 DOE
