MWH Treatment is seeking a digitally passionate individual with a creative mindset and the ability to influence change to join our team on the South West Water framework. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for all things digital, including field management, wearable technologies, 4D modelling, digital rehearsal facilitation, and strong interpersonal skills. The role involves working with delivery teams to bridge the gap between engineering and delivery functions through collaborative practices. Support will be provided by Central and Regional Digital Delivery Leads, with opportunities for training and development across various digital delivery tools.

Implementing Digital Delivery as a standard practice is a strategic priority for MWH Treatment. The core digital delivery tools include Delivery & Digital Strategy, Visual Project Initiation (including Digital Survey), Data-rich 3D models, Collaborative Reviews, Digital Rehearsals, Digital Field Management, and enhancing our Data & Analytics capabilities. To support regional teams in adopting these tools as routine, we need a Digital Delivery Collaboration Lead.

The role encompasses four main aspects:

1. Regional Strategic and Management Role (approximately 25% of time): As Digital Delivery Lead, you will promote the adoption of the digital delivery agenda within the framework, driving change management and encouraging digital practices. You will support the management of the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix, ensure commitments are met, and work with Regional Leads to identify resources for building a regional digital team. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Core Digital Team to align strategies.
2. Regional Rehearsal Role (approximately 25% of time): Collaborate with the National Rehearsal Lead to develop a regional rehearsal strategy, including tools, techniques, and training for integrating rehearsals into regional delivery. You may act as a rehearsal facilitator or coach, with training provided. The focus is on clarifying delivery intent and stakeholder interfaces. You might also develop 4D models using Synchro for visualizations, with full training and support provided.
3. Collaboration Platform Role (approximately 25% of time): Support the deployment and strategy for BIM 360 Field across the region, embedding it as a routine project delivery tool. Act as a community champion, support production control metrics, and facilitate training and support materials development.
4. Digital Implementation and Support Specialist (approximately 25% of time): Drive momentum in tool adoption, ensure efficiency gains, proactively manage system issues, and seek synergies in processes and system functionalities.
