Job Title: Engagement Delivery Coordinator

Location: Home-based – with expectation of travel within area, and nationally where required

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours

Job Status: Fixed-term, until 31 March 2026

Salary: £39,363.25 per annum

Closing Date: 30 March 2025 at 11:59pm

We are looking for Engagement Delivery Coordinators for National Engagement to cover work in managers and networks, information service and the care workforce pathway. The post-holder will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end management / delivery of established engagement functions and approaches; including supporting, coordinating or directing the contribution of others.
  • Ensuring that engagement activity is planned and delivered to meet contractual KPIs, whilst maintaining a high-level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
  • Analysis and review of information collected during engagement activity, events and projects, to identify improvements and efficiencies to the deliver services.
  • Taking operational decisions which balance the needs of the business, SfC’s sponsors and the sector.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and potential clients, Skills for Care corporate departments and area teams to ensure that projects achieve their milestones and problems/issues are identified and resolved.
  • Holding a deep knowledge of the systems (inc. digital platforms) / processes required to deliver engagement services and products; allowing the post-holder to assume or support the role of service / product owner.
