We are looking for a DAS strategy delivery lead who will develop the strategy and delivery projects across UK and EU.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage and successfully deliver DAS projects within the business.
  2. Understand radio requirements and translate those into radio plans.
  3. Develop strategy and roadmap.
  4. Manage the relationship with telecom operators.
  5. Meet with customer representatives to agree schedule and deliverables.
  6. Manage vendors and suppliers portfolio to acquire DAS components including fibre optic, antennas, amplifiers, cables, etc.
  7. Develop relationships with local vendors to execute site works.
  8. In charge of H&S regulation and deal with the compliances. Ensure SHEQ targets and standards are maintained, compilation and submission of all required health and safety documentation for scheduled works.
  9. Create CRQ and tasks when required.
  10. Report/manage issues daily.
  11. Update company trackers and submit weekly and monthly reports.
  12. Manage audit engineers onsite and track all site inspections.
  13. Forecast upcoming works, resource requirements, and necessary support.
  14. Control financial and budget aspects of sites.
  15. Manage and provide leadership to team members.
  16. Support the delivery of Obelisks Sustainability targets.
  17. This list is not exhaustive; you may be required to cover other team members’ tasks when resources are limited.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Strong telecom and mobile experience.
  2. Strong DAS delivery experience.
  3. Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a similar environment.
  4. Strong leadership and strategic skills.
  5. Well connected within the telecom sector.
  6. Mobile operators and/or microsite development background.
  7. Degree in telecommunication engineering.
