Job summary

MONY Group is seeking a Head of Data to lead the Data Product and Analytics teams, shaping strategy and delivery across the organisation. The role partners with the Chief Data and Technology Office to align priorities and build scalable data capabilities that drive customer, commercial and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex Data, Analytics or Data Product teams.
• Experience setting strategy with clear plans and delivery roadmaps; strong commercial judgement.
• Broad understanding of data governance, KPI definition and self-service insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Product and Data Analytics teams, including performance and development.
• Set and deliver the strategy, roadmap and priorities for Data Product and Data Analytics.
• Collaborate with CTDO to define and deliver the Group Data strategy and operating model.
• Form a joined-up Data leadership team with aligned priorities and clear ways of working.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Operations to deliver data products and insights.
• Prioritise automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure data products, reporting and self-service insights are trusted and scalable.
• Support CTDO with Data’s contribution to Executive/Board papers including progress, value and risks.
• Lead Data-wide engagement and change management communications.
