Job summary

MONY Group in London or Manchester is hiring a Data Product Lead to steer the Advanced Analytics portfolio and MAPs, uniting data, product, and business teams to deliver scalable data products with measurable value.

You’ll own the vision and roadmap, balance priorities across CRM, Finance and Data teams, and coach three Data Product professionals to grow capability and impact. The role emphasizes responsible AI and data governance within innovative products.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Product or Product Management, including discovery, prioritisation, roadmap ownership and defining successful outcomes.
• Experience leading Data Products from discovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Good understanding of advanced analytics, predictive modelling and AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead Data Product and Advanced Analytics initiatives that support our wider business strategy and create measurable customer and commercial value.
• Own the vision, objectives and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and MAPs, our strategic customer intelligence capability.
• Turn complex business challenges into clear Data Product opportunities with defined objectives and KPIs.
• Lead, coach and develop three Data Product team members, setting clear objectives and helping them grow their product skills.
• Communicate priorities and progress to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI is embedded across products.
