Job summary

MONY Group plc is seeking a Data Product Lead to shape and own the Advanced Analytics and MAPs roadmap. You will operate at the intersection of Data, Product and business, turning data opportunities into scalable, customer-focused products.

You will lead a three-person Data Product team, partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, CRM and Finance, and drive measurable value while advancing responsible AI practices across the group.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Data Product or Product Management initiatives.
• Ability to translate data opportunities into scalable products.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead Data Product and Advanced Analytics initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Own the vision, objectives and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and MAPs.
• Define objectives, outcomes, KPIs and measures of success for data products.
• Coordinate across Data Science, Data Engineering, CRM, Finance and other teams.
• Lead, coach and develop three Data Product team members.
• Communicate priorities and value to senior stakeholders.
