Job summary

MONY Group plc is seeking a Data Product Lead to drive Advanced Analytics and MAPs, shaping data products across the organization. You’ll own vision and roadmap, collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, CRM, and Finance, and lead three data product professionals to deliver measurable value.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, turn opportunities into scalable products, and bring responsible AI and governance to the table, aligning with senior stakeholders and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Product or Product Management.
• Experience leading Data Products from discovery through delivery.
• Understanding of advanced analytics and AI-enabled products.
• Experience collaborating with Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Product Managers and Owners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead Data Product and Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Own the vision, objectives and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and MAPs.
• Turn complex opportunities into clear Data Product opportunities with KPIs.
• Balance priorities across CRM, Finance and Data teams.
• Lead and develop three Data Product team members and coach their growth.
• Communicate priorities and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
