The Head of Data leads Moneysupermarket Group's Data Product and Analytics teams, partnering with the CTDO to set direction, align priorities and deliver value for customers and the business. You will lead teams delivering trusted insights and scalable data products across the Group, with a focus on commercial impact and strong governance.

Formación

• Proven experience leading complex Data, Analytics or Data Product teams.
• Experience setting strategy and translating into plans and roadmaps.
• Strong commercial judgment with ability to link data to business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data Product and Data Analytics teams, including performance and engagement.
• Set strategy, roadmap and priorities for Data Product and Analytics.
• Collaborate with CTDO to define Group Data strategy and operating model.
• Create a united Data leadership team with clear priorities and governance.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Operations to deliver data products and insights.
• Prioritise automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Ensure data products, reporting and self-service insights are scalable and trusted.
• Support CTDO with reporting on progress, value, priorities and risks.
• Lead Data-wide engagement and internal communications.
