Job summary

MONY Group is seeking a Data Product Lead in London or Manchester, hybrid 2 days in the office. You'll provide strategic leadership across Data Product and Advanced Analytics, shaping data products to understand customers and deliver measurable value.

You'll lead MAPs, our strategic customer intelligence capability, while growing the Data Product team. This leadership role sits at the intersection of Data, Product and the business.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead Data Product and Advanced Analytics initiatives that support our wider business strategy and create measurable customer and commercial value.
• Own the vision, objectives and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and MAPs, our strategic customer intelligence capability.
• Turn complex business challenges into clear Data Product opportunities, defining objectives, outcomes, KPIs and measures of success.
• Balance priorities across CRM, Finance, Data and other teams, focusing investment and capacity on the highest-value opportunities.
• Work closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to take products from discovery and proof of concept through to production, adoption, monitoring and iteration.
• Ensure analytical and predictive products are solving clearly defined business problems and their impact can be measured.
• Lead, coach and develop three Data Product team members, setting clear objectives and helping them grow their product skills and careers.
• Communicate priorities, progress, value, dependencies and trade-offs clearly to senior and executive stakeholders.
