Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment Limited is assisting with the search for a Head of Operations (Construction) based in Potters Bar or Romford. You will lead strategic construction operations, drive project delivery, and implement new processes to support growth.

Reporting to the MD, you will oversee multiple live projects and mentor large operational teams. The role requires senior operational leadership, a track record in cladding remediation or social housing, and strong stakeholder management to

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience in construction operations.
Experience managing cladding remediation and/or social housing projects.
Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and lead large teams.
Experience implementing new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across all construction operations.
Report directly to the Managing Director and Company Owner.
Lead successful delivery of multiple live construction projects.
Implement and embed new operational processes and management systems.
Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, quality, health & safety, and client satisfaction.
Manage, mentor and develop operational teams.
Collaborate with commercial and pre-construction to ensure profitable delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
