Job summary

Imserv Europe Ltd seeks a Head of Complex Metering to lead its complex metering capability, spanning sub metering planning, Alt HAN, CVA metering and field sub-contractor management. You will provide strategic direction, ensure safe, compliant delivery, and drive innovation across complex metering services.

Responsibilities include shaping end-to-end operating models, governing engineering design, and coordinating with Commercial and Project teams to size opportunities and transition viable

Qualifications

• Significant experience in complex metering, field services, energy services or technical operations, with a strong track record in senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of metering technologies, sub metering, CVA metering, Alt HAN and field-based delivery models.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, including coaching and development of specialists and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, technical design and engineering governance for sub metering programmes.
• Own the end-to-end operating model for sub metering planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Account Management and Project teams to shape sub metering solutions.
• Lead Alt HAN operational capability from mobilisation to enduring service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ensure processes, skills, partner interfaces and reporting deliver safe, cost-effective outcomes.
