Job summary

IMSERV is seeking a Head of Complex Metering in Milton Keynes to lead the end-to-end complex metering capability. You will oversee sub metering planning, Alt HAN, CVA metering and field contractor management, delivering safe, compliant and high-quality solutions while driving technical innovation with the Commercial team.

You will provide strategic direction, operational control and leadership across complex metering activities to meet customer demand, market opportunities and industry change.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in complex metering, field services or energy operations.
• Strong understanding of metering technologies, Alt HAN, CVA metering and field delivery models.
• Ability to translate technical capability into scalable commercial propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and governance for sub metering programmes.
• Own end-to-end operating model for sub metering planning.
• Shape sub metering solutions with Commercial, Account Management and Project teams.
• Lead Alt HAN operational capability including mobilisation and service delivery.
• Ensure processes, skills and reporting deliver safe, cost-effective outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve Alt HAN productivity and customer experience.
• Create a pipeline of technical innovation across complex metering and energy services.
• Assess feasibility, cost-to-serve and scalability for opportunities.
• Define and manage field sub-contractor capability for complex metering.
• Lead CVA metering delivery ensuring quality and compliance.
