Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking a Senior Head of Client Success to shape and execute the client success strategy from its London office. You will lead a high-performing team, scale operations across markets, and partner with founders to drive revenue growth during this early growth stage.

This role offers hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration to influence every part of the business. You will report to the Founder/CEO, scale the client success and operations departments, and help

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in fast growing tech or startup environments.
• Proven ability to scale client success and operations functions.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and process design skills.
• Experience applying automation to scale operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with commercial acumen.
• Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client success team and drive delivery to all clients.
• Onboard new clients, manage delivery processes, and report performance.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional leaders to scale growth.
• Build cross-department processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Champion a product-led user journey across the organization.
