Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking a Head of Client Success to shape and execute our client success strategy, scale operations, and lead a high-performing team. You will report to the Founder/CEO and drive onboarding, delivery, and performance reporting for all clients.

In this early growth stage, you will collaborate across functions to standardise processes, foster a product-led user journey, and expand into new markets, while shaping a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced growth environments.
• Strong project management and process design skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Track record of leading and scaling client success, operations, or growth functions.
• Experience in client success/business operations in high-growth settings.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen; familiarity with automation.
• Passion for people management, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
• Proven success in growing client-centric operations to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and manage delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the client success team; set goals and measure performance.
• Drive exponential growth by focusing on customer outcomes and expansion.
• Scale and harmonise cross-departmental processes across the company.
