I’m working with a successful boutique independent financial advice firm who are looking for a Head of Client Administration to lead their dynamic client administration team. The business is in the midst of an exciting growth trajectory due to their continued success.

We’re looking for candidates with proven IFA administration experience, ideally those already excelling as Team Leaders or Managers, who are local to the Gloucester area. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the administration team, leveraging previous IFA administration experience.
• Act as a "Client Champion," ensuring exceptional client service and experience.

• Oversee the training, mentorship, and development of administration team members.
