We are seeking an outstanding candidate, respected as a leader and motivator, to head our client services team at a leading printing company. The role involves managing a team that works with esteemed clients on time-sensitive campaigns. Flexibility, resilience under pressure, and multitasking abilities are essential.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing account managers and their client portfolios to ensure value-added service delivery.
  • Overseeing support tasks such as issue resolution and invoicing.
  • Ensuring timely and compliant documentation, including estimates, work instructions, approvals, and invoices.
  • Participating in production and pre-production meetings.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding project progress.
  • Monitoring client performance, trends, and satisfaction levels.
  • Escalating issues for resolution and managing client satisfaction surveys and review meetings.
  • Supporting sales efforts, including tenders and contract negotiations.
  • Producing monthly reports on department performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement and revenue growth within existing clients.
Candidate requirements:
  • Experience in client/customer management at senior and operational levels.
  • Deep knowledge of data, lithographic printing, finishing, digital, and laser technologies.
  • Understanding of campaign-led marketing communications.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of invoicing procedures within 48 hours of job completion.
  • Skills in process improvement, compliance, and safeguarding.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, recruitment, and development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and methodical work approach.
  • Proficiency with Management Information Systems, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
