About the Role

The Client Services Consultant (CSC) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s MSP services to our clients. Located in the UK (working from home), this position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and Magnit’s cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software, e-tips, to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver Magnit’s services on a day-to-day basis.
  • Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through Magnit’s systems (e-tips) and manage relationships with staffing desk suppliers and managers.
  • Meet proactively with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and communicate relevant information to approved suppliers to support their success.
  • Resolve issues related to workers, managers, and staffing agencies promptly and follow through until resolution.
  • Maintain high-quality client service and daily operations, focusing on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work.
  • Depending on team size, responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, compliance, or staffing desk) or may span multiple product lines.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement new processes or improve existing ones to enhance efficiency.

What You Will Need

  • A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a positive, “Can-Do” attitude!
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in staffing operations, HR/recruiting, MSP, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively connecting across all organizational levels.
