Target Group is seeking an experienced Head of Change to join the Senior Leadership Team in Cardiff. You will shape and lead a portfolio of client-funded and internal transformation programmes, delivering growth, regulatory improvements and operational excellence.

You will oversee Programme, Project and PMO professionals, creating an environment where teams can excel, grow their careers and deliver exceptional client outcomes. A strategic yet delivery-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading change, transformation or portfolio delivery functions.
• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive exposure.

Responsabilités

• Lead our change portfolio across client-funded and internal programmes.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team in a collaborative culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor for major programmes and delivery issues.
• Ensure governance, risk management and reporting standards across portfolios.
• Develop resource and capability plans to meet changing business needs.
• Champion change management and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
• Embed a commercially focused delivery approach delivering tangible value.
