Job summary

MWH Treatment in the United Kingdom seeks an Innovation Manager to shape and deliver our strategy, identifying opportunities and technologies that improve project delivery and value for customers.

Leading innovation from concept through pilot and business case development, you will work across the business and with external partners to keep MWH Treatment at the forefront of innovation in water and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading innovation programs within a complex operational environment.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept through pilot and implementation.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to assess opportunities and value.
• Experience developing business cases and securing stakeholder support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the innovation strategy and roadmap.
• Create and manage an innovation pipeline from concept to implementation.
• Identify emerging technologies and new delivery approaches.
• Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, academia to accelerate opportunities.
• Develop compelling business cases with value, investment needs, and benefits.
• Represent MWH Treatment externally to showcase capability.
