Job summary

Target Group is seeking an experienced Head of Change to join our Senior Leadership Team in a hybrid role with regular attendance at our Cardiff Office. You will shape and lead our change agenda, overseeing client-funded and internal programmes that drive growth, strengthen regulatory posture and improve operations.

You will manage a team of Programme, Project and PMO professionals, fostering an environment where people can develop and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading change, transformation or portfolio delivery functions.
• Proven ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive engagement.
• Experience delivering programmes with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Commercial awareness with budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead change delivery across client-funded and internal programmes.
• Coach and develop a high-performing change team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, clients and partners to align priorities.
• Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for delivery matters.
• Ensure governance, risk management and reporting across the portfolio.
• Develop resource and capability plans to meet changing needs.
• Champion stakeholder engagement and new ways of working.
• Embed commercially focused delivery to ensure tangible value.
