Job summary

Glassworks London is seeking a highly organised Retail Facilities & Site Operations Coordinator to maintain stores, warehouse and office in a ready-to-trade state across multiple sites in London and across the UK. The role involves coordinating repairs, quotes, contractors and IT readiness while maintaining clear action records.

Travel is required across London sites with some occasional travel to Brighton and other UK locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in store operations or facilities coordination is essential.
• Ability to identify repairs and maintenance needs and coordinate contractors.
• Experience communicating with landlords or managing agents for site issues.
• Track record of following actions through to completion and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and facilities issues across stores, warehouse and office.
• Maintain a facilities action list with issue, site, owner, next action, deadline and closure evidence.
• Obtain quotes, source contractors and book works through to completion.
• Coordinate access for contractors and suppliers; liaise with landlords as required.
• Conduct regular site checks on maintenance, lighting, equipment and staff areas.
• Document issues and completed works with clear evidence of closure.
• Support store openings, refits, relocations or site changes within approved briefs and budgets.
• Coordinate IT and equipment issues including POS hardware and printers; arrange external IT support as needed.
• Provide status updates on open issues and escalations when decisions are required.
