Responsibilities

• Lead on planning, development and reporting for the BI platform (Tableau Curator) to meet ICB & Alliance requirements.
• Liaise with directors of performance and Pathway Board leaders to understand needs and design efficient solutions.
• Provide high level customer service to end users of informatics products and coordinate end user support and training.
• Prioritise and negotiate new developments and amendments with key stakeholders.
• Promote data quality and contribute to development of new reporting domains and analytical offers.
• Advise on design and creation of analytical products, including gathering user requirements and dashboarding best practices.
• Promote analytical excellence within the Alliance and ICB, developing the analytics offer.
