Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Head of Business Development in Hayes, Middlesex. You will lead the UK commercial growth strategy for a market-leading engineering manufacturer, identifying high-value opportunities and building senior stakeholder relationships.

You\'ll manage a small BD team, work with design and engineering to shape products, and represent the business at industry events. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, office based.

Qualifications

• Must have sales or BD experience in relevant sectors.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing commercial pipelines.
• Experience leading a small BD team and coordinating with design/engineering teams.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across sectors.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships and a strong commercial pipeline.
