The role suits an experienced BDM, Senior Sales professional or KAM, confident handling senior stakeholders and delivering significant commercial ownership within a global engineering context.

Qualifications

• Senior BDM or KAM with experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Proven ability to develop OEM or industrial customer relationships.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop accounts and identify new business opportunities; confident with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop strategic OEM customer relationships.
• Drive profitable growth across the pumps division.
• Identify new customers, markets and opportunities.
• Develop account and market growth strategies.
• Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
• Manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
