Stark Works is one of the UK's fastest-growing Independent Connection Providers, delivering electricity infrastructure solutions to industrial and commercial customers nationwide.
As part of a wider Group, we offer a fully integrated infrastructure proposition that includes ICP connections, IDNO adoption, EV charging, solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and COP1/COP2 metering.
By bringing these capabilities together under a single delivery model, we provide customers with one point of accountability throughout the project lifecycle, reducing complexity, programme risk and interface management.
The Group is continuing to expand its market presence, capabilities and geographic reach. This role will play a key part in supporting that growth.
The Head of Business Development (Networks) is responsible for leading business growth across our ICP and IDNO operations.
This role combines strategic account development, new business acquisition and sales leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain direct responsibility for key customer relationships and major opportunities whilst providing leadership, direction and coaching to the wider business development team.
The primary objective of the role is to drive sustainable growth within our core industrial and commercial connections business, whilst expanding our presence within larger and higher-voltage infrastructure projects, including data centres, generation and renewable energy developments.
The role carries responsibility for delivering new business targets, maintaining a high-quality opportunity pipeline and supporting the wider Group through the introduction of complementary services.
We're looking for a proven industry heavyweight. Someone who already has influence across the ICP, IDNO and wider utility infrastructure market. Someone who can pick up the phone to developers, consultants, contractors and asset owners and get meetings that others can't.
This role is for a business builder. A dealmaker
This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong market position, ambitious growth plans and an increasingly differentiated service offering.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to shape business development strategy, influence the direction of the Networks division and play a significant role in the next stage of the company's growth.
