This company has an established portfolio of products that make a splash in the Drinks market! This business is multi-award winning and offers a fantastic working culture to all employees.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Brand to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to elevate our presence in the global market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, a deep understanding of the spirits industry, and a proven track record of driving brand growth.

The ideal Head of Brand you will be responsible for the commercial growth of the business along with global execution of marketing strategies, and will come from an FMCG background.

This role will require travel and collaborative team work at the Distillery in the South of England.

The Head of Brand responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and product development, to ensure brand consistency and integrity.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and media.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

The ideal Head of Brand Candidate:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or luxury goods industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
