The Role

We are seeking a Head of Brand Creative to define and lead the visual and verbal identity of Oliver Sweeney. This is not a performance marketing role – it’s about brand building. You will shape the creative expression of the brand across all channels, ensuring consistency, originality, and emotional impact.

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing campaign work, copywriting direction, photography, and branded content – managing external creatives and freelancers to bring the brand to life in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the creative vision for the brand across digital, print, social, and display.
  • Lead concept development for campaigns, content, seasonal storytelling, and product launches.
  • Manage and direct external creative partners – including copywriters, photographers, stylists, and art directors – ensuring work is on-brand and to brief.
  • Shape and maintain the brand voice in all written communications, working closely with writers to refine tone and messaging.
  • Own the look and feel of all customer-facing communications – from website and email to product imagery and lookbooks.
  • Ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints, collaborating with internal teams to align messaging and execution.

About You

  • 7+ years in brand, creative, or content roles, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand campaigns and content across multiple channels.
  • Confident leading creative direction and giving clear, constructive feedback to writers, photographers, and designers.
  • A strong visual and verbal storyteller with a deep appreciation for brand nuance.
  • Organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects at once.
  • A hands-on attitude and a high taste level – with the ability to move from concept to delivery with clarity and confidence.
