DESCRIPTION

The EU Fire TV, Kindle, and Fire Tablets teams are seeking a talented, creative, and dynamic Marketing Leader with a proven track record in delivering high-value marketing campaigns for innovative products. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building our Brand Vision for these three device categories at a pivotal point in shaping their future. The EMEA Brand Lead will lead strategic marketing initiatives to define the next chapter of our brands in Europe.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing planning process, write robust briefs, ensure best practices in campaign and media management, and oversee measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Conceive and propose marketing strategies and concepts, considering country differences.
  • Guide the brand team on customer insights, country nuances, and streamlining marketing objectives for successful delivery.
  • Balance analytical and creative skills to generate big ideas that drive awareness and purchase intent.
  • Manage online and offline marketing, make data-driven decisions, and influence stakeholders.
  • Understand customer dynamics, segmentation, and the online advertising landscape.
  • Operate at strategic levels, generating growth ideas while addressing business challenges.

A day in the life

  • Own the strategic briefing process for campaigns across Fire TV, Tablets, and Kindle, collaborating with PL Brand Managers.
  • Champion the EU customer by commissioning and reviewing relevant research.
  • Understand target customers, products, trends, and opportunities.
  • Create and present high-quality reports to senior leadership.
  • Interpret and leverage insights from measurement systems for marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop cooperative marketing programs with partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience in professional marketing or marketing research.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to measure impact and improve strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with SQL or analytical tools for data analysis.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
