Homey.co.uk is seeking a Commission-Only Sales Growth Representative to expand our network of estate agents and mortgage brokers across the UK. You will reach out to agencies and brokers, build lasting relationships, and introduce them to the benefits of partnering with Homey.co.uk.

The role focuses on generating new client sign-ups and expanding our presence within the property sector, with uncapped earning potential and ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (B2B, property, recruitment, or prop-tech services experience is a bonus).
• Confident speaking to estate agents, mortgage brokers, and business owners.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and following up leads.
• Professional and organised approach to sales activity.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the wider team.
