Job summary

Lyst Ltd. is seeking a Director of Analytics to lead a lean, multi-disciplinary analytics team in a role reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will set the mission, technical direction, and culture of analytics, guiding product analytics, experimentation, and forecasting.

You will promote self-service analytics and evangelise best practices across the company. You will work with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Finance and Marketing, leveraging AWS, Snowflake, dbt,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior or head of analytics role within e-commerce, marketplace or tech sectors.
• Experience leading product analytics and improving product experience based on data-driven insights.
• Strong leadership with track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication of complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Set the mission, direction and culture of the analytics function.
