• Strategic Alignment: Align team focus with product group vision and advise on analyses and monitoring with impact.
• Complex Project Management: Direct execution of initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Team Leadership: Develop four analysts, set OKRs, and provide ongoing feedback including AI integration to raise data maturity.
• Data Empowerment: Improve data empowerment across product lines and train teams to use data insights.
