Job summary

Lyst, the London-founded fashion platform, is seeking a Director of Analytics to shape mission and culture across analytics. You will oversee product analytics, experimentation, attribution, forecasting and governance, while promoting self-service insights for diverse stakeholders.

You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, Finance and Marketing using Looker, Snowflake, dbt, AWS, Python and R to scale decision-making with AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Senior or head of analytics with leadership experience in ecommerce or tech.
• Expertise in data modelling, experimentation, attribution, forecasting.
• Experience guiding product analytics and improving product experience.
• Strong communication to translate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing analytics team.
• Set mission, direction and culture for analytics across the company.
• Drive experimentation, attribution, forecasting and observability strategies.
