Job summary

Current is seeking a Director of Product Analytics to lead and scale our analytics organization. You will oversee teams embedded across departments, ensuring data-driven insights inform every strategic decision.

You are a deeply technical leader who can translate complex data into compelling narratives for executives. You will partner with department leads to align analytics roadmaps with business goals, establish standardized experimentation, modeling, and reporting practices, and mentor

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data analytics with leadership duties.
Experience in D2C domain preferred and high-growth environments.
Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

Lead the analytics function across the organization, ensuring consistency in methodologies, toolsets, and quality standards across all embedded teams.
Partner with department leads to align analytics roadmaps with broader business goals and P&L objectives.
Mentor Analytics Managers and Leads to elevate technical and storytelling standards throughout the org.
Oversee root-cause analyses and interpret complex test results to guide strategic decisions.
Develop scalable analytics infrastructure in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Finance.
Drive a data-driven culture by delivering insights and narratives to executive leadership.
