Job summary

Onecom is building Halo Pulse, a new AI sales business within the UK technology group. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own Halo Pulse as a category, build the team that sells it, and drive measurable outcomes for customers.

You'll lead an outcome-led sales process, design the team structure across AE, Solution Consultants and SDRs, and own the GTM strategy, packaging, pricing, and partnerships with Product and Technology.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building a sales team or a new business line.
• Experience leading a quota-carrying B2B tech sales team.
• Ability to run multi-stakeholder deals with C-suite buyers.
• Exceptional forecasting, margin discipline, and CRM excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design the Halo Pulse team structure across Account Executives, Solution Consultants and SDR support.
• Personally close key deals while leading the team.
• Lead an outcome-led sales process and quantify the business case before any solution is shown.
• Own forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline and deal reviews in Salesforce.
• Own the Halo Pulse GTM strategy, packaging, pricing and proposition with Product and Technology.
• Grow the market by building brand as the UK's premier AI partner and representing Onecom at industry events.
• Enable Onecom’s Enterprise, Business, IT and Desk Sales teams to spot Pulse opportunities.
