Job summary

Onecom Ltd. is recruiting for a senior leader to own Halo Pulse, Onecom's AI sales business. Reporting to the CEO, you will build the team, define the go-to-market, and drive an outcome-led sales process that turns AI curiosity into measurable results.

You’ll lead UK mid-market engagements with C-suite buyers, shape pricing and packaging with Product, and expand the group through partnerships and events. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on deal-making in a fast-moving tech

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a sales team or new business line.
• Experience leading quota-bearing B2B tech sales teams.
• Ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with C-suite buyers.
• Strong forecasting, margin discipline, and CRM excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Halo Pulse go-to-market strategy.
• Build and manage sales team including AEs, solution consultants, SDRs.
• Own forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and deal reviews in Salesforce.
• Develop the business case with customers through discovery.
• Represent Onecom at industry events and with senior stakeholders.
