Job summary

LILT is seeking a Head of Technical Program Management for Applied AI to own delivery for AI lab customers, covering training data, evaluations and benchmark programs. You will lead senior delivery teams, scale operations, and build processes from scratch to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will coach teams on capacity planning, manage escalations calmly, and maintain margins while communicating with researchers and executives.
