Job summary

Indicium AI is seeking an experienced AI & Data Delivery Manager to lead multi-million-pound, multi-workstream engagements across regions. You will own the full engagement lifecycle—from pre-sales to roadmap definition, execution oversight to post-delivery transition—ensuring technical excellence, commercial success and long-term customer impact.

The role requires strong cloud, data architecture, and AI/ML deployment expertise, plus Agile/Lean thinking and senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading £2M+ multi-workstream AI and data transformation engagements.
• Technical expertise in cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI/ML deployment.
• Ability to apply Agile, Lean, and Product-thinking to large-scale data/AI initiatives.
• Expertise in change management and organisational transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with executives and delivery partners.
• Consulting or technology delivery experience in relevant industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex AI and data engagements with governance and risk management.
• Oversee a portfolio of data/AI projects, balancing resources and priorities.
• Own engagement lifecycle from pre-sales to post-delivery transition.
• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and drive transformation.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI/data solutions.
• Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams and partners.
• Contribute to best practices and reusable delivery frameworks.
• Ensure engagements are commercially successful with budgets and profitability.
