Indicium AI is seeking an experienced AI & Data Delivery Manager to lead and scale high-impact AI and data engagements for our customers. This role centers on ensuring delivery of multi-million-pound initiatives across geographies, balancing technical excellence, commercial success, and lasting customer impact.

You will manage complex portfolios, oversee pre-sales to post-delivery, and mentor delivery teams while upholding security, fairness, explainability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Led £2M+ multi-workstream AI and data transformation engagements.
• Experience with cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and AI/ML deployment.
• Applied Agile, Lean, and Product-thinking to large-scale data and AI initiatives.
• Expertise in change management, including organizational transformation.
• Understanding AI/ML operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, able to influence executives and delivery partners.
• Consulting or technology delivery experience, preferably in Financial Services, Energy, or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex AI and data engagements with governance and risk management.
• Oversee a portfolio of data and AI engagements, balancing resources, priorities, and risks.
• Own the full engagement lifecycle—from pre-sales to roadmap execution and post-delivery transition.
• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and deliver measurable transformation.
• Ensure AI/data solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including employees, contractors, and partners.
• Contribute to thought leadership with reusable delivery frameworks.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability to maximize customer value.
• Identify and mitigate technical, privacy, and scope risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and governance practices.
