Job summary

LILT is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead data programs improving ASR for low-resource languages. Four-month fixed-term contract with 4–6 hours/day, cross-functional leadership, and accountability for quality, timelines, and budget.

• Team leadership of distributed delivery teams to meet delivery and quality goals.
• Strong data, dashboards, and forecasting to guide delivery decisions.
• Quality assurance knowledge for AI training data and acceptance criteria.
• Clear written English with guidance for multilingual contributors.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous requirements in evolving environments.
• Available to commit for the full 4-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Program and volume delivery planning from pilot to final delivery with milestones.
• Forecast delivery, monitor output, and adjust capacity to meet targets.
• Lead readiness reviews, quality checkpoints, and acceptance milestones.
• Manage delivery costs against budget and flag scope changes.
• Build and lead multilingual delivery teams and align capacity with goals.
• Drive data quality and collaborate with language experts and QA.
• Maintain privacy and secure handling of customer data.
• Serve as delivery contact and translate progress to stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering to improve tooling and processes for scale.
