Job summary

LILT is seeking a Director of Quality to own end-to-end quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement for AI-native workflows. You will lead Quality Agents, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with Product, Research and Customer Success to balance efficiency, cost, and quality.

This role reports to the VP Production and oversees the Quality team. You will shape governance, audit readiness, and proactive quality programs for strategic accounts, including highly-regulated contexts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building and running LLM-based agents in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Agents and establish governance for AI-driven quality workflows.
• Own audit programs, ISO certifications and evidence collection.
• Translate customer quality requirements into actionable acceptance criteria and controls.
• Collaborate with Research, Product and Customer Success to improve models and workflows.
• Develop playbooks for AI-driven quality management and staffing-as-a-service.
• Manage and develop the Quality team and ensure KPI-driven improvements.
