LILT is seeking a Head of Technical Program Management for Applied AI in the United Kingdom to own the delivery of high-stakes AI engagements. You will lead a team of TPMs and project managers, build scalable program workflows, and partner with researchers to ensure quality, SLAs, and margin across multilingual and multimodal projects.

• Proven track record as final owner of large-scale technical portfolios with accountability for delivery, outcomes, and SLAs.
• Experience leading multi-team delivery organizations and managers in AI/enterprise tech environments.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development ability.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and strategic partnering with top-tier AI labs and customers.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end Practice Ownership: own customer outcomes, timelines, SLAs, and margins across Applied AI programs.
• Lead and scale the delivery team: recruit, mentor, and scale TPMs and project managers.
• Run delivery operations and capacity planning at volume: staffing and resource allocation across programs.
• Build the delivery operating system: standardize intake, scoping, kickoffs, quality control, reporting, and close-out.
• Strategic Customer Partnership & Escalations: act as delivery sponsor for frontier AI lab relationships and escalation management.
• Own quality: partner with Research to standardize quality control across delivery, with calibration and evaluation pipelines.
• Manage the expert and vendor workforce: engage multilingual contributors and vendors with clear metrics.
• Cross-functional Workflow Design and Execution: create scalable program frameworks across modalities and align Sales, Engineering, Research, Product, Production.
