Job summary

Age UK is seeking an experienced Head of Advice to lead our Information & Advice services across Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent. You will oversee service quality, performance, and partnership work with commissioners.

You will bring extensive experience in welfare benefits and housing, with strong leadership to develop teams and volunteer support. The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management and a client-centered approach across multiple local sites in London.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in advice, information or welfare welfare support services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing staff and volunteers.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits, housing and related policy areas.
